objective of Change Management Training is to reduce the probability of failure
in change implementation, reduce resistance to change and implementing change
in such a way to drive maximum benefit out of it. Change management training provides

change and most importantly communicating the change within right time.
There are
several reasons for resistance to change in an organization. For instance, the

these are the key areas where change management training plays a significant
role. Sometimes, organizations reach a point where they have to make
substantial changes in their business for a variety of reasons and then it
becomes difficult to guide the employees through the transition to reach a new point.

Change Management
Training helps the employees in learning the change theories and applying the
appropriate theory according to the organization’s needs. This training is
helpful for the organization as well, as it reduces the chances of failure or
delay occurring due to changes in the business environment. Basically, change
management training guides the management what is to be done and how is to be
done in changing circumstances. It also provides the training in how to face
the uncertainties and after completion of this training candidate becomes
capable to plan the change, take various decisions etc.
Change Management Training contains two courses- the foundation and the practitioner course. The
foundation level provides the basic knowledge of approaches, guidance and
practical tools to establish an effective change management within the
organization. It is a closed book examination containing four sections. The
duration of foundation exam is 60 minutes, containing multiple choice
questions. The minimum passing marks required in this examination are 50%. The
foundation qualification is also a pre-requisite for the practitioner qualification.
The practitioner course is for those who have already been trained in the
basics of change management. It is an open book examination containing four
questions based on scenario. The duration of practitioner exam is three hours,
containing objective testing. The minimum passing marks required in this
examination are also 50%.
